An apple is a simple fruit that can be sweet or sour, red or green, crunchy or mushy. The very widely and commonly used idiom, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away", simply means that an apple has many nutritional values and favourable healthy effects on the body. So, eating apples are beneficial to one's health and body but do you know what else is beneficial and therapeutic to your mind, body and soul? Take a wild guess.....are you still guessing?.......are you still thinking?......alright....here the answer comes......its none other than Shopping!Ok I bet some of you reading this are either frowning or rolling your eye balls. You must disapprove of me equating nutritional apples with stupid silly shopping. Ah but babes, please, and I repeat, Please do not ever underestimate the therapeutic powers of Shopping (and yes, Shopping must be spelt with a capital S)! Retail therapy has been known and proven to have solved many problems, mended many broken hearts, "cured" many feminine disorders but most importantly, Shopping brings about happiness and joy. With more happiness and joy, women tend to nag less, worry less, argue less and complain less and with all that less, the men can have more peace and perhaps more good nights' sleep.
So, you may be thinking where exactly is this blog entry leading to? Oh well, due to my recent not so smooth pregnancy, I have been forced to stay at home more than I ever used to or would like to. Nevertheless, I obviously had to find some way to entertain myself and keep myself sane whilst being confined to my own abode. I discovered the therapeutic, de-stressing and calming effects of internet shopping (mostly done late nights of course to avoid my hubby's questioning and probing). Netaporter, luisaviaroma, eluxury(now shut down), saksfifthavenue....you name it, I most probably would have already registered an account with them. Anyways, it got to a point where shopping on overseas websites, some of which do not ship their products to Malaysia became very frustrating and irritating so I started to search, google, browse some local Malaysian online boutiques. I came across an online website that had advertised on Facebook's advertisement boards, URL: http://www.appleblossom.blogspot.com/
The first impression that the appleblossom online boutique gave me was that the clothes were very much japanese or taiwanese inspired. I have always been a fan of Japanese and Taiwan fashion hence was very happy to find that the clothes suits my usual eye for fashion. The appleblossom wesbite offers highly affordable but good quality and trendy clothes for office wear, casual weekends, hot special dates, stylish clubbing nights and occasional wedding dinners. The owner of the website (her name is Apple) replies enquiries and order emails promptly, usually replies within 48 hours. Trust me, I can be very fussy so if I am willing to dedicate a whole blog entry to recommend this website, it means I am very impressed and satisfied with the service rendered.

I have personally met the owner of the appleblossom website. The pictures above are snapshots of her latest venture, a boutique called Le Femme Couture. You can find her boutique at No 1-1, Jalan Puteri 1/4, Bandar Puteri, 47100 Puchong, alternatively you can call +603-8060 6038 for further enquiries. Just in case you were wondering if I have any shares in the boutique, the answer is No! I'm just a satisfied and happy customer. Another thing worth mentioning is that Apple, the owner is a pleasant, sweet and honest young lady. In this world, it is very refreshing to still being able to meet someone as hardworking and sincere as Apple. Apple has a fulltime job on top of managing her own online boutique and despite the economy downturn, has bravely invested her own savings to open a new boutique. She is the sole proprietor for Le Femme Couture. Keep it up, Apple! You can count on me to support you!
